Description
DNA cloning with Codon Optimization.
Our comprehensive cloning service allows users to simply enter the amino acid sequence of the coding region (CDS),choose a N-terminal epitope tag (FLAG, MYC, HA or V5 or fluorescent fusion protein (eGFP, eYFP, DsRed or mCherry), a promoter (CMV or EF-1 alpha), and the desired mammalian selection (Neomycin, Hygromycin, or Blasticidin) from the dropdown selectors. The insert CDS will be cloned into a vector with the functional elements shown in the image.
Notes on Ordering: The amino acid sequence must be between 100 and 1650 amino acids. Sequences contained in a single fasta file will be constructed with the same vector elements chosen for that order. If you have multiple sequences and want different elements, these should be entered separately.
Based on your choices, the sequence will be codon optimized and a vector will be designed. Once the design is complete, an annotated Genbank file will be sent by email prior to the start of synthesis. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours. Apheon Bioscience is not responsible for errors input or uploaded by the user after production begins.
If the desired vector elements do not meet your needs, please fill out the custom vector onboarding form and we will on-board your vector, often free of charge.
Currently, clones are delivered as a bacterial stock.
