If a product does not meet performance standards indicated in the product description, customers may contact Apheon Bioscience for a replacement of an identical or similar product at no charge. This policy is valid for one year from the date of purchase and only applies to catalog products. To request a replacement, please contact us.
For custom services, Apheon Bioscience will provide verified product and is not responsible for errors submitted by the end user. Customers are charged after completion of the service or as per contract.
Refunds
100% refund or replacement is offered on some products excluding DNA plasmids (DNA plasmids are subject only to replacement) on products exhibiting quality issues. To request a refund or replacement, Please have your order information readily available, so our technical service representatives can better assist you with your request.
