Therapeutic Programs & Discovery Services
Advancing our proprietary portfolio of first-in-class immunotherapies while empowering partners through our tumor antigen discovery engine
Our Technology
ApheGenixID™ is our proprietary platform that identifies novel tumor-associated antigens present exclusively on malignant cells. Isolating targets that exist solely on tumor surface provides a foundation for high-specificity immunotherapies with reduced off-target risks. This precise targeting strategy yields high-potential immunotherapy leads that are readily convertible into diverse therapeutic modalities, including human monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bi-specifics, and CAR-T cell therapies.

Leverage ApheGenixID™ for your next project.

Our Internal Therapeutic Pipeline
Focusing On Women’s Health

Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive malignancy accounting for 10–15% of all breast cancer diagnoses. Characterized by a lack of targeted therapies and lower survival rates, TNBC represents a significant unmet medical need. Utilizing our ApheGenixID™ platform, we have identified over 50 novel tumor antigens and are currently advancing our most promising preclinical leads to deliver next-generation therapeutic solutions for patients.
Leiomyosarcoma
Leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a rare, aggressive soft tissue sarcoma with an incidence of roughly 1 in 100,000. While LMS can arise throughout the body, it most frequently occurs in the uterus. Current standard-of-care relies on surgical resection, chemotherapy, and radiation. Unfortunately, these treatment options offer limited long-term success for many patients. We are applying ApheGenixID™ to identify novel, tumor-exclusive LMS antigens, with the goal of developing first-in-class immunotherapies for this underserved patient population.

Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a debilitating chronic condition affecting 10% of women of reproductive age. Current standards of care—including hormonal suppression and invasive surgery—frequently only manage symptoms rather than addressing the underlying pathology. We are pioneering a transformative approach by applying ApheGenixID™ to identify unique markers on endometriosis lesions. Our goal is to develop the first targeted immunotherapies designed to selectively clear ectopic tissue and provide long-term relief for patients.
